Refund policy

At Pearls & Blooms, every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers and prepared exclusively for each order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@burstofarabia.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the bouquet
  • A brief description of the issue

Where appropriate, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided preparation has not yet begun.

Once floral preparation has started, cancellations are no longer possible due to the bespoke nature of our arrangements.

Natural Variations

Flowers are seasonal and naturally unique.

While every bouquet is designed to reflect the style, colour palette and overall composition shown on our website, slight variations may occur depending on seasonal availability.

If a particular flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with an equal or higher-value bloom while preserving the original design and aesthetic.
